M919 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive Usage Instructions
M919 two-component polyurethane adhesive is suitable for rubber flooring, PVC flooring, cork flooring, linoleum flooring, outdoor floors, and artificial turf.
The ratio of components A and B is 5:1. When using, pour the entire small bucket into the large bucket, stir thoroughly with a spiral mixing head for about 2 minutes, then pour the glue into another clean container and stir again for 30 seconds to ensure uniform mixing and a consistent color.
For small areas or intermittent construction, use an electronic scale to accurately weigh the two components in proportion before mixing. After stirring, pour all the glue onto the ground immediately to prevent it from reacting, heating, and curing too quickly in the bucket. Arrange multiple people to scrape the glue quickly, as polyurethane reacts fast and will thicken if construction is slow, affecting the operation.

As a two-component reactive glue, M919 has no solvent to volatilize and theoretically requires no airing. For convenience, proper airing is allowed, but strictly control the time to avoid over-airing. The suitable construction temperature is 15℃-30℃: about 20-30 minutes in winter and 5-10 minutes in summer. Curing speed is greatly affected by temperature (higher temperature = faster curing), so pay special attention to temperature when constructing outdoors.
M919 is water-resistant after full curing (48 hours), but avoid contact with water during the initial curing period.

Construction Points
- Ensure correct A/B ratio and thorough mixing.
- Do not leave mixed glue in the container.
- Arrange multiple people for quick scraping.
- Control airing time according to temperature and humidity; do not paste flooring when glue thickens (little initial adhesion).
- Exhaust air and roll evenly after flooring pasting; avoid heavy traffic, wear flat shoes and prohibit high heels to prevent glue extrusion.
- Roll and inspect again 2-3 hours after construction; press unbonded areas with sandbags for 24 hours until curing.
- For glue stored in low temperature in winter, place it indoors to warm up to 15℃ before use (viscosity increases at low temperature).
- Avoid high temperature at noon in summer for outdoor construction; ensure no rain within 48 hours after construction.
- Seal and store unused opened glue to prevent moisture.
